In the early 70s, designer Geoffrey Beene began "Beene Bag" as a lower priced label for casual clothes, costing a fraction of his higher end designs.

Light-medium weight silk with a nice drape, subtle ribbed texture in fabric, dark grey with a dusty bluish-green and pink floral pattern. Double stacked collar, buttons down front, slim fitting, kimono style sleeves (no shoulder seam), pink satin barrel cuff.
