Vintage 80s, natural fiber drop waist dress, with 3/4 sleeves and button cuff, shoulder pads (could easily be cut out if desired), oversized puritan collar with a tie at side of neck, pleated skirt, inseam hip pockets, buttons down back from neck to skirt, Union made in USA. Brand label has been cut out.
