Vintage 70s, stunning floral cotton lace dress made in Mexico for Fred Leighton, with amazing details and construction. Before Fred Leighton became a famous jeweler, he had a small Mexican imports shop in New York's Greenwich Village. This dress was apart of his Mexican wedding dress collection.
The dress features a subtle scoop neckline, peek-a-boo lace overlaying a peachy lining through bodice and skirt, fitted sleeves with a wide flared butterfly cuff below elbow, skirt and sleeve cuffs have a vertical pintuck pleated fabric inlay (you may want to steam press these to reshape the structure), metal zipper back closure.
