80s/90s feather filled waist tie coat / med - large

Vintage 80s/90s, super warm waist tie coat in a pretty dusty lavender color.
Convertible collar can be turned up and buckled closed with chin strap, cinching straps at wrists, double snap button closure down front, flap pockets at front hips, quilted nylon lining, stuffed with feathers.
